* I just want to point out that I'm definitely not promoting the fact that you all should start working out and dieting, I just want to share part of my regular lifestyle. People do tend to get the wrong idea fast I mean who wouldn't with the kind of society we live in today. There are just so many expectations and then there's that point where you feel like you have to maintain that certain image society expects you to. WRONG! Please don't let others tell you what to do with you're body or the kinds of things you should eat, I think that's just disgusting. Do what makes you happy since happiness is one of the most important things in life.
